Store Policy

All merchandise is sold on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability. While Pili Carrera cannot guarantee the availability of any product or products available in stock, Pili Carrera makes a good faith effort to only offer merchandise for sale that is in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Final stock availability is assessed at time of shipping, not at time of purchase.

Pili Carrera reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address. 

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.


Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days upon delivery of item(s). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must ship or personally return the merchandise within the 7-Day period to have an accepted return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include all tags and receipts.

If we deem that the item has been washed or used, we will not issue a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-returnable items:  Damaged merchandise, Baptism, Communion, Custom, Sale and Discounted merchandise.

All Baptism, Communion, Customized, and SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged under any exception.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Price Adjustments



We do not honor price adjustments. No exceptions. 



Although we try to ship out all orders in a speedy fashion, all orders placed require a minimum of one day for processing before shipping. If you need your order urgently, please email or call the store or (305) 529-7799.

Orders placed after 3:00pm EST time will ship out the following business day.

All shipping costs are paid by the customer. 

For returns, once your return has been approved, you will be sent a Return shipping label to your email. Print this out, and drop off the package at the noted carrier (It will be USPS or UPS please check the label). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
